After several lockdowns, I travelled to Dublin to catch up with friends. Upon arriving I hung around Hueston train station as there was a lovely energy in the air.
Also, my own energy was different, the Covid lockdowns had ceased, the weather had improved, more time passed since my transplant and I had finally emerged from my Covid/transplant isolation.
Maybe subconsciously one of the reasons I decided to hang around was that there were people playing the in-house piano.
I only had my mobile phone to record with, I used other field recordings of the station for the intro. I like the light and airy quality in this track, I hope you do too.
A special thank you to the young man & woman who played the piano for this track! Those melodies have been added to the soundtrack for my post-transplant & lockdown life chapter!

As someone who largely uses an Arturia MiniLab for my own dark wave and stripped down, dungeon synth-y recordings, it’s deeply inspiring to hear your own work in and in this medium. Like humans, I also love and generally prefer imperfections in music. Well done! Walter Campbell

I'm only 12 seconds into part 2 and I already have to pause to say, "Wow, what a journey!" These pieces are not limited to Earthly icy realms, either. Fascinating 🤯 Scott

Started off the week with this, just wonderful!
Perfect mixture of ambient, electronics and noise. Very well written “beats” that loops and surrounds the music in a perfect way. Jocke Norgren
